Five Spiced Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp. Capatriti® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 tbsp. cumin
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. coriander
  • 1 tbsp. fresh black pepper
  • salt
  • ½ cup chicken stock

Directions

In a large pan, heat Capatriti® Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until lightly browned. Mix in chicken thighs and top with spices. Stir well, approximately 3 – 4 minutes per side.

Once chicken is almost fully cooked, pour in chicken stock and simmer until reduced by half, approximately 3 – 5 minutes.

For a balanced meal, serve with greens and mashed potatoes. Share.
